Rubber calendering machines are primarily used to press the combined and refined rubber mixture. In single- or double-sticking or topping operations with textile fabrics, it can also be used on rubber sheets.
To produce a product without air bubbles following vulcanization, the rubber calender machine can force air from the material during the sheeting process. The more rolls a calender has, the more times sheets are pressed, allowing it to generate sheets of excellent quality and consistent thickness.
